Ketraline's Terms of Service

By using resources and art made by ketraline, you agree to the below terms. Breaking these terms will result in a block from using my services.

ART

  1. General rules
    1-1. These rules apply to all sections below.
    1-2. You may NOT resell my work, both physically and online, or use it commercially in any form.
    1-3. You may NOT repost the artwork without proper credit, claiming it as your own creation or anybody else's that is not Ketraline.
    1-4. You may NOT use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.

Section 1 - Commissioned Artwork

a) Before commissioning:

  1. References
    1-1. Please have any sort of reference of the character you want me to draw.
    1-2. Do not send NSFW references, send manually censored versions if you have no other.
    1-3. I'm quite hesitant to draw characters from written descriptions. Any sort of illustration would be appreciated.
    1-4. Please provide a visual color palette or hex codes. If you don't have one, I will colorpick from the provided drawing.
  2. Boundaries
    2-1. I have the right to deny commissions without providing a reason.

  1. Payment
    3-1. Payment is upfront 100%.
    3-2. I will only take USD. Do NOT send me other currencies (even PLN).
    3-3. I only take Paypal and Ko-fi. I could potentially discuss payment in gift cards.

b) During commissioning:

  1. My process
    1-1. I will provide a sketch first and wait for confirmation. I will not do big changes to anything past this phase.
    1-2. I will provide lineart with flat colors and wait for confirmation. If there are any, coloring errors will be fixed.
    1-4. I will provide the finished product with and without a background.

c) After commissioning:

  1. My rights
    1-1. I reserve the rights to post the finished artwork on my social media and portfolio, clearly labelling it as a commission and linking back to the commissioner if possible.
    1-2. I reserve the rights to use the finished work as an example of the services I provide in advertisements and other posts.
  2. Your rights
    2-1. You may use my work in any way online as long as credit is given - this includes using it as a profile picture or banner, reposting it on your social media.
    2-2. You may NOT use my work commercially - using it in any way that will earn you revenue or using it in any product of sorts, even free.
    2-3. You may use my work privately without credit - this includes turning it into a physical item or setting it as a digital background.

Section 2 - Ketraline's Personal Artwork

  1. Fan work
    1-1. You may use my fan work in any way online as long as credit is given - this includes using it as a profile picture or banner, reposting it on your social media.
    1-2. You may use my fan work privately without credit - this includes setting it as a digital background.
    1-2. You may NOT use my fan work for physical objects - this includes making keychains, printing it out or turning it into stickers.
  2. OC work
    1-1. You may NOT use my OC work in any way online - this includes using it as a profile picture or banner, reposting it on your social media.
    1-2. You may NOT use my OC work privately - this includes setting it as a digital background.
    1-2. You may NOT use my OC work for physical objects - this includes making keychains, printing it out or turning it into stickers.

CODE

  1. Do not remove my credit. You can move it as long as it still remains visible.
  2. You may heavily edit or/and frankenstein my codes with credit.
    2-1. Only do this if the other codes allow it.
    2-2. If you are only taking snippets from my code, you do not need to credit me.
  3. Do not redistribute my codes.
